Some of you may have heard that Dave has been working on a short film called “Would You”, and to those that haven’t, there’s a description below the video. Well, post-production is the most expensive part of making any film and the guys need YOUR help raising money for the movie. As little as $10 can score you a DVD copy of the film AND a signed headshot of Dave, and gets better & better as it goes up. Last day to donate will be FRIDAY SEP 9, 4:13PM ED.
We’ve been making FunnyOrDie videos for the past few months, and we wanted to make something more substantial to submit to film festivals next year. A few weeks ago we shot this awesome short that Dave Franco wrote about a game of Would You Rather where the choices people make start coming true — it’s a comedy, with elements of fantasy and romance. We’ve paid for all the production costs, and now we’re in post-production and need money for a colorist (the film was shot on a RED Epic, so it looks AMAZING; we need an expert to come in and take it to the next level), a sound mixer (there are lots of sound effects and music that need to be brought together), music rights, and finally, mastering to a screenable format. So we need a little help to finish the project!
